The goal of this site is to provide the Las Vegas visitor comprehensive reviews of the magic entertainment options that are available during your stay. Your time in our city is sometimes limited, and your budget perhaps even more so. We hope this guide will prove informative as well as entertaining, and we especially hope you will support magic as a performing art, both here as well as in your own hometown...Especially in your own hometown. We are just getting started here and hope to have all shows reviewed shortly. Worlds Greatest Magic Show is currently in process and we will then move on to Lance Burton, Penn and Teller and The Amazing Johnathan. After the first of the year we will wrap up the major shows and then move on to some of the lesser known productions. We would appreciate feedback from our visitors regarding close-up shows as well as who is working in the variety slots. - Thanks for the reviews SHK. Other than Copperfield in my hometown couple of decades ago (he was just starting out) I've not had a chance to see any magic shows while in LV - not even S&R ! Know your background from your AVLV postings and will use your reviews in full confidence when finally taking in a magic (and hopefully a Pickadillos) show the next time I'm in LV. - Great site! Another classic talent that you should consider is Jeff McBride. He is local yet travels all over the planet sharing his talents and offering workshops for others.
DonFrom Steve: Jeff McBride is one of my favorite magicians. Maybe he will land a regular gig in town and I can review his show on this site. In the mean time why not check out his website. If you get a chance to see him live do not miss the opportunity.
- I like this site. I wish it had been up before my last Vegas trip. I`m looking forward to reading reviews of Penn & Teller`s Show and Lance Burton`s Show.
